Further Pictures from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic US Legislators

Property layouts for the financier's secluded Caribbean island among the released materials.

Furthermore featured in this recent document release appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.

Epstein purchased a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

The released images suggest he had created plans to develop the substantial island by building homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.

You can see the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the region, marked on the south-eastern section.

This development map is covered in handwritten red notes and features a legend detailing different parts of the property.

In addition to the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine site drawings and construction drawings, featuring layouts for dock shelters.

Further documentation disclosed as part of the current oversight disclosure.
